When open, we can accept donations of a single box or bag of books. For larger donations please leave a message at 662-2188, email manager@FLACL.org or use our form: request to make arrangements for a donation pick up. Please do not leave donations outside the Bookstore.
Donate Books & Media
The Friends' Bookstore accepts donations of previously-owned and new paperback, hardback, technical, and reference books, music CDs, DVDs, records, and puzzles, for sale to the public in the Bookstore and on the internet.
Apply for Scholarships
FLACL administers the Friends of Mesa Public Library award and the June Ettinger Memorial Scholarship. When schools are open, applications are available at the Los Alamos High School Career Resource Center. Read More
Volunteer
The Friends' Bookstore welcomes volunteers and provides on-the-job training. Volunteer opportunities may also be available on the following board positions: Archives, Bookstore, Endowment, Hospitality, Publicity and Scholarships. If you are interested in volunteering, email us, give us a call, or once we reopen, stop by the bookstore and leave your contact information.
